一、空调机组出厂试验室方案   Delivery Laboratory  of Air Conditioning Unit

1、空调机组总装配生产线   Total assembly line of air conditioning unit

2、喷淋实验室  Spraying laboratory

- 喷淋试验室根据《 TB/T 1802-1996 》和《 TB2054-89 》中的相关技术要求和规定而设计制造。喷淋水压可达0.3MPa。

The spraying laboratory is designed and manufactured according to relevant technical requirements and regulations in TB/T 1802-1996 and TB2054-89. Its spraying water pressure can reach 0.3MPa.

- 喷淋试验室用于大铁路、城轨及动车高铁轨道车辆配套的空调机组的淋雨测试,以确保出厂空调机组在规定的试验工况下进行测试。

In the spraying laboratory, water-spray test is made for air conditioning units matched with large railway, urban rail, bullet train and G-series high-speed train, so as to ensure that the delivery air conditioning units are tested under the specified test conditions.

3、出厂运转试验室   Delivery operation laboratory

-出厂运转试验室根据《TB T 1804-2009 铁道客车空调机组》及国家其它相关法律法规中的相关技术要求和规定而设计制造。

The delivery operation laboratory is designed and manufactured according to relevant technical requirements and regulations in TB T 1804-2009 Air Conditioning Unit for Railway Passenger Car and other relevant national laws and regulations.

-出厂运转试验室用于大铁路、城轨及动车高铁轨道车辆配套的空调机组出厂前在规定的试验工况下进行常规运转测试。

The delivery operation laboratory is used for carrying out routine operation test for air conditioning units before delivery under the specified test conditions.

-测试过程数据可人工及全自动采集,为空调的质量控制、降低故障率、可靠性提供手段。可测试参数包括蒸发器进出风温度、蒸发压力、冷凝器进出风温度、冷凝压力、压缩机和风机电参数(电压、电流、功率)等。

Test process data can be collected manually and automatically, providing means for controlling air conditioning quality, reducing its failure rate and increasing its reliability. Testable parameters include evaporator inlet and outlet air temperature, evaporation pressure, condenser inlet and outlet air temperature, condensing pressure, compressor and fan electrical parameters (such as voltage, current and power) and so on.

4、金相实验   Metallographic test

-金相试验室根据《ISO17025测试和校准实验室能力的一般要求》及国家其它相关法律法规中的相关技术要求和规定而建立。

The metallographic laboratory is established according to ISO17025 General Requirements for The Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories and relevant technical requirements and provisions in other relevant national laws and regulations. 

-金相试验室有专业的宏观金相放大镜(放大倍数0.7倍至5倍),可观察焊缝剖面质量;微观金相放大镜(放大倍数50倍至400倍),可观察焊缝微观组织质量;万能试验机(最大拉力100000N),可进行材料和焊缝的拉力和弯曲试验。

The professional macro metallurgical magnifiers (with magnification factors of 0.7~ 5) in the metallographic laboratory can be used to observe weld profile quality; the micro metallographic magnifiers (with magnification factors of 50~ 400) in the laboratory can be used to observe weld microstructure quality; the universal testing machine (with maximum tensile of 100,000N) in the laboratory can be used to carry out tensile and bending tests for materials and welds.

5、风道模拟试验   Air Duct Simulation Test 

2014年9月建成,兼容地铁A型车、B型车、大铁路、高铁/动车等空调系统风道试验。

It was completed in September 2014, and is compatible with tests for air conditioning ducts of A-type subway train, B-type subway train, large railway, etc.

6、性能试验室   Performance Laboratory    

             

与中铁检验认证(青岛)车辆检验站有限公司联合设计及建成,2015年底动工,2016年7月投入使用,包括单层空调性能试验室及双层性能试验室,占地350㎡。为铁路空调性能提供试验验证。

This laboratory is jointly designed and built with China Railway Test & Certification (Qingdao) Vehicle Inspection Station Co., Ltd.; its construction commenced by the end of 2015, and it was put into use in July 2016; it includes single-layer air-conditioning performance laboratory and double-layer air-conditioning performance laboratory, covering an area of 350㎡; it can provide test verification for performance of railway air conditioning.

  7、高低温热湿交变室  High & low temperature alternating heat & humidity laboratory         

 

与中铁检验认证(青岛)车辆检验站有限公司联合设计及建成,2015年底动工,2016年7月验收,并投入使用,为空调机组及其配件在高温高湿、低温条件下运行或存放,性能及可靠性的保障提供试验验证。试验箱尺寸:D6100×W6000×H3800mm (深×宽×高)

The test chamber is jointly designed and built with China Railway Test & Certification (Qingdao) Vehicle Inspection Station Co., Ltd.; its construction commenced by the end of 2015, and it was accepted and put into use in July 2016; it can provide test verification for performance and reliability assurance of air conditioning units and their accessories operating or stored in high temperature, high humidity and low temperature. Chamber size: D6100 × W6000 × H3800mm (depth × width × height)

功能    Functions:

A、高温---控制最高温度:70℃

High temperature----Highest temperature : 70℃

B、低温---控制最低温度:-45℃

Low temperature----Lowest temperature : -45℃

C、除湿、加湿---湿度控制范围:10-98% RH

Dehumidification and humidification----Humidity control range: 10-98% RH

D、程序控制---可通过设定定值运行/可通过编辑程序,按设定的程序自动运行

Program control----Operate by setting fixed values. Operate automatically according to the set edited programs 

8、压力波性能试验台 Pressure Wave Performance Test Stand 

于2012年,与青岛理工大学联合建立,为高铁、动车用压力波保护装置提供性能、可靠性验证的依据。

It was set up in 2012 jointly with Qingdao Polytechnic University, to provide verification basis for performance and reliability of pressure wave protective devices for G-series high-speed train and bullet train.

功能:压力变化率检测/压力累积变化检测/压力变化率和压力累积变化/保护阀密闭性检测/保护阀保压性检测

Functions:Pressure change rate test/Cumulative pressure change test/Pressure change rate and cumulative pressure change/Protective valve sealing test/Pressure retaining performance test

二、铁路电源自动测试设备  Automatic Test Equipment for Railway Power Supply

东莞生产基地中配备公司自主研发设计的自动测试设备和老化平台,具备高精度、低误差、高可靠性等特点,以保障经过测试后的每台产品的性能和质量都满足客户需求。

Production base is equipped with automatic test equipment and aging platform independently developed and designed by the company, with high precision, low error, high reliability and other characteristics to ensure that the performance and quality of each product after testing meet customers' needs.

三、电缆生产实验平台  Cable Production Laboratory Platform

1、理化实验室  Physical & chemical laboratory

理化实验室根据《GB/T 17650-1998 》中的相关技术要求和规定而设计,对大铁路、城轨及动车高铁轨道车辆配套的电缆所含HCl、HBr、PH值、电导率以及HF含量进行检测。

The physical & chemical laboratory is designed according to relevant technical requirements and regulations in GB/T 17650-1998; in this laboratory, detection is made for content of HCl, HBr and HF, PH value and conductivity of cables matched with large railway, urban rail, bullet train and G-series high-speed train.

2、电气性能实验室   Electrical performance laboratory

- 电气性能实验室根据《GB/T 3048-2007 》中的相关技术要求和规定而设计,对大铁路、城轨及动车高铁轨道车辆配套的电缆绝缘电阻性能以及电缆耐压试验检测。

The electrical performance laboratory is designed according to relevant technical requirements and regulations in GB/T 3048-2007; in this laboratory, detection is made for the insulation resistance performance and voltage withstand performance of cables matched with large railway, urban rail, bullet train and G-series high-speed train.

- 直流电阻试验根据《GB/T 3956-2008 》与《GB/T 4910-2009》中的相关技术要求和规定而设计,对大铁路、城轨及动车高铁轨道车辆配套的电缆导体以及导体中单丝进行直流电阻检测。

The DC resistance laboratory is designed according to relevant technical requirements and regulations in GB/T 3956-2008 and GB/T 4910-2009; in this laboratory, detection is made for DC resistance of cable conductors and single wires in conductors matched with large railway, urban rail, bullet train and G-series high-speed train.

-电气性能实验室根据欧洲标准EN50305含有对电缆进行直流稳定性试验,在行业内处于领先优势。

The electrical performance laboratory is designed according to EN50305; in this laboratory, DC stability test for cables is made, and it is in the leading position in this industry.

3、机械性能实验室   Mechanical property laboratory

-机械性能实验室根据《GB/T 2951-2008 》中的相关技术要求和规定而设计,对大铁路、城轨及动车高铁轨道车辆配套的电缆耐磨性能、耐切通试验以及电缆护套与绝缘的强度与伸长率试验检测。

The mechanical property laboratory is designed according to relevant technical requirements and regulations in GB/T 2951-2008; in this laboratory, detection is made for abrasion resistance and cut-through resistance of cables matched with large railway, urban rail, bullet train and G-series high-speed train; also the insulating strength and elongation for sheath of the above cables are detected.

4、高温老化实验室  High temperature aging laboratory

- 高温老化实验室根据《GB/T 2951-2008 》中的相关技术要求和规定而设计,对大铁路、城轨及动车高铁轨道车辆配套的电缆根据不同的产品标准进行不同温度等级老化试验。

The high temperature aging laboratory is designed according to relevant technical requirements and regulations in GB/T 2951-2008; in this laboratory, aging tests at different temperature levels are made for cables matched with large railway, urban rail, bullet train and G-series high-speed train according to different product standards.

5、耐油实验室  Oil resistant laboratory

-耐油实验根据欧洲标准中的相关技术要求和规定而设计,对大铁路、城轨及动车高铁轨道车辆配套的电缆耐IRM902油与IRM903油试验进行检测。

The oil resistant laboratory is designed according to relevant technical requirements and regulations in European standards; in this laboratory, detection is made for IRM902 oil and IRM903 oil resistance of cables matched with large railway, urban rail, bullet train and G-series high-speed train.
